scriptWorks will not, without the written prior consent of its clients, make any statement or disclose or supply any confidential information to any person, firm or company other than the client’s professional advisers relating to the Script or to any other matter arising hereunder or to the general affairs of clients coming within the scriptWorks‘ knowledge by reason of their services.

Conflict of Interest

scriptWorks always undertakes to disclose any prior involvement with, or commercial interest in, projects presented to it by third parties.
